Update Civil ID Data with Mobile Phone Service Providers. The Communications and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) has issued a call for mobile and fixed subscribers to update their data in order to ensure uninterrupted access to services provided by companies. According to Khaled Al-Qarawi, the manager of the Competition and Operators Affairs Department at CITRA, all licensed companies are obligated to encourage their customers to update their personal data and information, which may have expired, on the registration list of subscribers to communication services.
