Step 1: Visit the PACI Website

Navigate to the PACI website at https://www.paci.gov.kw/Default.aspx and switch the language to English if needed. By default, the website may open in Arabic.

Step 2: Access E-Services

Click on the “E-Services” option on the website.

Step 3: Select Non-Kuwait Photo Update

Locate and click on the “Non-Kuwait Photo Update” option.

Step 4: Enter Personal Details

Enter your Civil ID number, Civil ID serial number, and mobile number. Upon submission, you’ll receive a code on your mobile phone. Enter this code to proceed.

Step 5: Provide Required Information

Fill in all the necessary details as prompted on the website to update your photo. This includes:

• Blood Group: Located on the back of your Civil ID.
• Personal Picture: Ensure the photo has a blue background and meets the size requirements.
  • Maximum Allowed Size: Width 800 Pixels, Height 1000 Pixels
  • Minimum Allowed Size: Width 500 Pixels, Height 700 Pixels
• Passport Details:
  • Upload a copy of the basic data page (first page) of your passport.
  • If available on a separate page, upload a copy of the passport expiry date.
• Embassy Letter: Required for those who have completed five years in Kuwait if the photo differs from the passport.
• Civil ID Copy: Upload a copy of your Civil ID.

Step 6: Save Your Documents

After uploading all the necessary documents, click on the “Save” button to proceed.

Step 7: Follow-Up

You’ll receive an SMS on your mobile number providing you with a reference number and a link to follow up on your request. Click on the link provided to check the status of your request.

Step 8: Await Confirmation

Within 10 to 15 working days, you’ll receive another SMS notifying you of the status of your request. This message will indicate whether your request has been approved or rejected.
